Home Sleep Testing
A Clear Diagnosis— From the Comfort of Your Own Bed.
Sleep testing doesn’t have to mean a night in a lab. We offer a convenient, medical-grade home sleep test that allows you to understand your sleep and breathing patterns without leaving your bedroom.

A New Standard in Sleep Diagnosis
Traditionally, sleep apnea testing often required an overnight stay in a lab, with multiple sensors and monitoring equipment. While effective, this environment isn’t always comfortable—and it may not always reflect how you sleep at home.
Home sleep testing offers a more convenient approach.
Using a compact, wearable device, we can monitor key indicators like breathing, oxygen levels, and heart rate while you sleep in your own bed. This provides a clearer picture of your natural sleep patterns and helps guide an accurate diagnosis.
How Testing Works
Screening & Setup
During your consultation, we evaluate your airway and sleep concerns. If testing is appropriate, you’ll receive a home sleep test kit with simple setup instructions. It is small, portable, and easy to use.
Sleep in Your Own Bed
You’ll wear a small sensor ring while you sleep at home. The device records key data such as oxygen levels, heart rate, and sleep patterns throughout the night.
Board-Certified Diagnosis
Your data is securely uploaded and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician, who provides a formal medical diagnosis.
Review & Solutions
We review the results with you and discuss appropriate treatment options, such as Oral Appliance Therapy or Expansion, based on your diagnosis and airway health.

Why Choose Home Testing?
- Comfort: Sleep in your own bed, on your own pillow, with your usual routine and environment.
- Real-World Sleep Data: Testing at home allows us to capture how you typically sleep, which can provide a more representative picture of your breathing patterns.
- Simplicity: The test uses a small, wearable device with minimal setup and no complex equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a lab study?
A lab study (Polysomnography) records brain waves and requires an overnight stay in a clinic. A Home Sleep Test (HST) focuses on breathing, oxygen, and heart effort. For the vast majority of obstructive sleep apnea cases, the Home Test is the gold standard for diagnosis.
Does insurance cover home sleep testing?
Yes. Most medical insurance plans cover home sleep testing because it is an efficient, FDA-cleared diagnostic tool. We can help you verify your coverage.
What happens if the test shows I have sleep apnea?
Don’t worry—this is the first step toward feeling better. Once we have the medical diagnosis from the sleep physician, we can prescribe and fit you for a custom oral appliance or design a treatment plan to open your airway.
