Home Sleep Testing

A Clear Diagnosis— From the Comfort of Your Own Bed.

Sleep testing doesn’t have to mean a night in a lab. We use SleepImage home sleep testing so you can collect medical-grade sleep and breathing data from your own bed, then review the physician-interpreted results with our team.

A New Standard in Sleep Diagnosis

Traditionally, sleep apnea testing often required an overnight stay in a lab, with multiple sensors and monitoring equipment. While effective, this environment isn’t always comfortable, and it may not always reflect how you sleep at home.

SleepImage gives us a more practical way to evaluate sleep-disordered breathing.

Using a compact sensor ring, SleepImage records breathing-related signals, oxygen levels, heart rate, movement, and sleep patterns while you sleep in your own bed. The report helps a board-certified sleep physician make a formal diagnosis and gives us clearer information for your airway-focused treatment plan.

How Testing Works

01

Screening & Setup

During your consultation, we evaluate your airway and sleep concerns. If testing is appropriate, you’ll receive a SleepImage home sleep test with simple setup instructions.

02

Sleep in Your Own Bed

You’ll wear a small SleepImage sensor ring while you sleep at home. The device records oxygen levels, pulse rate, movement, and sleep-related breathing patterns through the night.

03

Board-Certified Diagnosis

Your SleepImage data is securely uploaded and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician, who provides the formal medical diagnosis.

04

Review & Solutions

We walk through the results with you and discuss appropriate treatment options, such as oral appliance therapy or expansion, based on your diagnosis and airway health.

Why Choose Home Testing?

  • Comfort: Sleep in your own bed, on your own pillow, with your usual routine and environment.
  • Clinically Useful Data: SleepImage captures oxygen, pulse, movement, and sleep-related breathing signals that help support physician interpretation.
  • Simplicity: The test uses a small finger-worn ring with minimal setup and no complex lab equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

A lab study records sleep with multiple sensors in a clinic. SleepImage is an FDA-cleared home sleep test that uses a finger-worn ring to measure sleep and sleep-disordered breathing in your own bed. For patients who qualify, it can provide the clinical report a sleep physician needs without an overnight lab visit.

Coverage depends on your medical insurance plan, diagnosis, and benefits. Our team can help you understand what information may be needed before you move forward, but we do not want to imply that every plan covers home sleep testing the same way.

If your results indicate sleep apnea or another sleep-breathing concern, we review the physician-interpreted report with you and talk through the appropriate next step. Depending on your diagnosis and airway health, that may include oral appliance therapy, expansion, physician collaboration, or another sleep-focused pathway.
