What should I expect at my first appointment?
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted by our reception team. If you haven’t completed your paperwork online, we’ll help you take care of it and enter your appointment quickly (no long waits!). During your visit, we’ll review your health history with you, take digital x-rays and a full iTero® scan, complete your cleaning (if a deep cleaning isn’t needed), and perform a comprehensive exam—including oral cancer screening, airway assessment, sleep questionnaire, and dental evaluation.
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and talk with your doctor—no rush, no pressure. Before you leave, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and we’ll even start your treatment on the same day, when possible.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major dental PPOs, including Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, MetLife, and United Healthcare. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our Cypress care coordinators are happy to check your benefits and walk you through next steps.
