Meet Dr. Matt Hicks

Dr. Hicks is an expert in orthodontics with clear aligners. He is faculty, consultant, and presenter for Align Technology, the creators of Invisalign. He helps Align Technology create and design templates, products, and engines to make Invisalign easier to streamline for doctors. Dr. Hicks trains and coaches doctors through Molis Coaching, the number one Invisalign training course in North America. He is the Deputy ClinCheck Officer for Molis Coaching and works up over 5,000 Invisalign cases per year for doctors in over 12 countries. Dr. Hicks is also the only Certified Educator for Molis Coaching and directly coaches more than 2,000 doctors with implementing Invisalign in their offices to ensure great results for their patients. He travels throughout the country lecturing and gives over 50 presentations a year! His presence became so important within Molis Coaching, they created the “Matt Hicks – Leadership in Excellence” award, an annual award given to a doctor who goes above and beyond helping other doctors in the community.
