Dr. Amanda Aparicio grew up in Portland, Texas, and brings a strong background in child development to her work in dentistry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Early Childhood from The University of Texas at Austin, then spent three years as an educator before going on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Her path gives her a natural connection to growing children and the families who care for them.

Dr. Amanda is passionate about helping families recognize the signs of poor sleep in children and teens. She focuses on educating parents about healthy jaw and airway development, with the goal of preventing the long-term health effects of underdeveloped jaws and poor sleep. She is SMART and Invisalign certified and was selected to serve on the Texas Dental Association’s Council on Professions and Trends.
Outside the office
Outside the office, Dr. Amanda enjoys taking on ambitious DIY home improvement projects, spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, and taking her dog, Olli, to the park. Her playful, hands-on energy carries into both her work and home life.
